Marketing Place Event by Helping Brainz

Marketing Place Event by Helping Brainz

A marketing place event (or MPE) mainly focusses in helping a family from a rural area, to cater/market their products in the urban market. MPE is mainly driven by the Community Development Team as well as the Marketing Management Team of Helping Brainz.

Nidhi is a 21 year old girl from the slums of Madanpur Khadar, she’s a graduate from Delhi University. Nidhi’s parents make their fortune by selling candles, and want to make all their 4 children to be well educated and settled, and they have succeeded upto an extent, wherein they want the youngest one to be a doctor. Nidhi’s mother expressed the same wish with a tearful eyes to Team Helping Brainz during the rural educational counselling event held at Madanpur Khadar, wherein Team Helping Brainz gave the family an assurance to help them sell their products in the urban markets.

On the eve of Diwali, Team Helping Brainz helped Nidhi’s family from Madanpur Khadar to light their lives by helping them in selling variety of candles at Ameriprise Financial Inc, Gurgaon. Team Helping Brainz first met Nidhi and her mother at an educational counselling session held in the summers of 2015 at EFRAH Madanpur Khadar, an event coordinated by Abhinav Vikash from HCLT Foundations, conducted and facilitated by the Rural Educational Counselling Team of Helping Brainz led by Somnath Shukla (Project Head, RECT – Helping Brainz.Org).

Educational Counselling at CRPF Camp Dwarka

“Are women in defence organisations safe and empowered ? This is a prime question which is revolving in any ‘patriotic’ human being from 200+ countries round the globe, who does have an interest in defense studies! History always questioned about back home psychology of defence personals. They safeguard the living beings of a country, does anyone think about empowering their families, though government just bestow them with some ‘extra luxuries’!

Given that, in the above para we were not discussing about the unfortunate Widows and the mighty kids of the brave jawans who sacrifice their life for our safety!

IMG-20150517-WA0002

However Helping Brainz took an opportunity to help and empower the Women and Kids from Defense Organisations in India, without considering what Government is doing or not doing for them! Helping Brainz in association with HCLT Foundations geared a ‘Women Empowerment’ mission for the enthusiastic women and kids of Central Resource Police Force, Dwarka Unit [women here meant are the a). Members of women battalion b). Wives and Widows and c). Children of CRPF personals].

Something which made today’s event more special!
Though I started Helping Brainz in Aug 2012, my mother attended a Helping Brainz event for the first time today, which made me the happiest man on the earth, since she’s the reason for the Helping Brain in me. – Yedhu
