HelpingBrainz.Org’s Child Empowerment Team will be conducting “Ujjwal – a day with chotus” for the 70+ underpriviledged children from Shri Gurukul – Sector-41, Noida.

Shri Gurukul is an after school project run by Mrs. Sangeeta Chatterjee at Sector-41, Noida which mainly teaches around 70+ kids from the rural areas and slums near to Secto-41, Noida. The children aged between 7 to 18 are:

• Underprivileged kids whose parents are daily wage labourers, rag pickers and slum dwellers;

The event will consists of:

• – Paint your dreams
• – Distributions School Stationary Items
• – Movie Shows
• – Music for Charity
• – Tree Plantations
• – Quiz competitions
• – Food Donation
• – Prize Distributions

Post this event:

HelpingBrainz.Org already started their educational empowerment activities in Shri Gurukul around 4 months back. However post this event, Helping Brainz plans to provide Non Formal Education to the Children of Shri Gurukul.

Shalini Singh and Nancy Jain (Child Empowerment Leaders @ HelpingBrainz.Org) will be the Organizing Committee Presidents the event.
